Small restoration on the backround (see at 06:00 hours). There is very light small scratch on the cheekbone, near invisible by naked eye. Museum quality cameo depicting one of the most beautiful Bacchante we can find. The quality of the carving is superb, all details are still crisp, there are not wears on the high points. The color is a warm cream-khaki... I would say a light coffee-milk color. The restoration, very visible on the picture, is really unnoticeable on the realty. Could be easy dissimulated with a right color: I'm learning what do about it. Checking the broken before to restore it, I have noticed that the color is original (many lava cameos are artificially colored). Very desirable and collectable piece.
