Condition: the cameo is mint and seems to be never worn. Tiny dent on the frame
This is the most beautiful cameo depicting this subject I have ever seen.
The carving - though in high-relief - is very delicate and precise, a true masterpiece.
It seems to be copied from the celebrated statue called Antinous Braschi, exhibited in Vatican.
Highly desirable collectors piece, of surpassing beauty.
